Joe McSchmo, Owner/Project Manager
Joe has always been interested in construction and enjoyed learning to use tools in the workshop with his grandfather at a young age. Joe graduated from Hamburger University with a degree in Building Construction Management. Throughout college, Joe worked in the industry gaining experience working in many areas of the building process from framing to interior trim and mechanicals. After working in a wide array of positions in both the residential and commercial construction markets, Joe started Dream Home Builders Construction in 2010 to provide outstanding service and unparalleled quality to his clients in the residential market. His passion is building custom homes with creative, original designs and quality construction that will last a lifetime.

Patti Mayonnaise, Business Administrator/Project Coordinator
In addition to managing the daily operations of Dream Home Builders Construction, Patti enjoys working with Joe on the design process of each custom home from the plans and layout to selecting the interior finishes and fixtures. Patti enjoys helping clients visualize and understand the building process from start to completion of their new homes.

Construction Manager/Site Superintendent
Our Construction Manager is the on-site contact for all of our projects. In addition to coordinating materials and subcontractors to keep our projects on schedule and working smoothly, he is available to answer questions throughout the build process.
